Job summary

Denny's | GSS Restaurants is seeking a Service Assistant to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and organization. You will keep dining areas tidy, sanitize tables, and ensure front and back of house are stocked to support timely guest service.

Responsibilities include stocking deliveries, rotating perishable stock, and promptly addressing guest requests. You will adhere to brand standards and work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 4–8 hours.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and Denny’s Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the restaurant interior and exterior, keeping areas clean and organized.
• Clean and sanitize dining room tables; ensure front and back of house are stocked.
• Assist with stocking deliveries and rotate perishable stock.
• Address guest requests promptly and notify supervisor of issues.
• Adhere to brand standards and policies; provide cordial service.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; work in kitchen and outdoor areas.
