Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced quick service restaurant team. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions and help ensure quality food and a clean environment.

The role supports kitchen and dining staff to keep service smooth and guests satisfied. We look for courteous, reliable individuals who can work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, with basic computer/POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic computer/POS knowledge required or preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Demonstrates a dedicated, team-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
