Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to drive top notch guest experiences at our Rhode Island store. You will support daily store operations, greet guests, and help maintain a clean, stocked, and safe shopping environment.

Your role involves cash handling, POS operations, inventory, vendor check-ins, and collaboration with management. This position requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation to support our customers and communities.

Formación

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Perform basic computer tasks and cash handling.
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from work.
• Work in varied temperatures and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Access all store areas including selling floor, stock, and register.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale, manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and tidying.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
