Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6-month period (for Employee Stock Purchase Plan eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer guest questions.
• Quickly and accurately take orders and payments at the cashier counter and drive-thru.
• Work with urgency to keep lines moving smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to serve guests.
• Pass out food orders creatively.
• Take catering and take-out orders over the phone.
• Check orders for accuracy and accept payments.
