Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and thank them for coming upon exit
• Assist servers and cocktail servers with table maintenance, including removing dirty dishes, tableware, and napkins
• Refilling empty water glasses and performing silverware rollups
• Make sure server stations remain stocked and clean spills on tables and floors
• Occasionally help run food to guests and attend all scheduled staff meetings
• Follow the steps of service and complete opening/closing duties
