Job summary

Atkins Golf Club in Urbana, IL, is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months. You will help guests, assist with bag handling and club cleaning, and support golf club operations as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

• Assists with food and beverage activities
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Job description

Atkins Golf Club, located in Urbana, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the facility
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Assists in educating players regarding the game
• Directs the start of play when necessary
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Services customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
• Assists with food and beverage activities
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
