Job summary

Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA, is pleased to offer a part-time Guest Service Attendant position. You will provide courteous service to guests, assist with bag handling, club cleaning, and help educate players about the game.

The role includes directing start of play when needed, maintaining rental club records, assisting with food and beverage activities, and supporting safe work practices. Benefits include healthcare and 401(k) with employer match, subject to plan terms.

Compensation:
$16.90 - $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Service Attendant:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Service Attendant:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
