Job Description:

We are looking to add a Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to our team. Our GSA will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while completing all store-level tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system accurately; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Replenish products and supplies to ensure stock levels.
  • Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
  • Check in vendors according to guidelines.
  • Conduct gas tank inventories and assist with merchandising projects.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and access all store areas.
  • Accurate reading, writing, and numerical skills for paperwork.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
