Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to our family. Our GSA will be responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.   • Follow established safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
  • Perform all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
  • Check in external and internal vendors as per guidelines.
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Access all store areas including the selling floor, stockroom, and register area.
  • Complete duties in a timely manner.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately for paperwork.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Wage: $16.35 per hour, with potential to earn up to $17.35 per hour.
