Job summary

European Wax Center in Marlton, NJ is hiring an entry-level Guest Service/Sales Associate to greet guests and drive sales. You will educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and our retail line, while maintaining a welcoming front desk and a clean lobby.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in service or retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varying shifts. This role offers a base hourly wage with commissions and opportunities for training and growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.

• Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times.
• Addresses guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Work Environment

• Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in activity frequently as the business requires.
• Most work performed indoors.
• Temperature is moderate and controlled.
• Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day.
• Standing, walking, and sitting are required. Length of time at these tasks varies from day to day.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with clients, co-workers, and management.
