European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Las Vegas, NV, to deliver a first-class waxing experience and leverage product knowledge to inform guests. You will participate in a comprehensive training program, with competitive pay and performance incentives to reward results.

You will assess guest needs, communicate the benefits of Wax Pass, and work toward daily, monthly, and annual sales goals while maintaining a professional, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the sales process and ability to drive results.
• Sales experience preferred but not required; strong interpersonal skills help.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements

WHAT'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
