Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive sales while delivering a premium waxing guest experience. You will use product knowledge to inform guests and maximize revenue in a fast-paced salon environment.

The role includes extensive training, a focus on customer service, and opportunities for advancement within a growing beauty franchise.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
• Talent for providing exceptional customer service.
