Job summary

European Wax Center in Roseville, CA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to combine sales energy with exceptional guest care. You will use product knowledge to inform guests, promote Wax Pass benefits, and help guests feel confident from the moment they walk in.

This role offers comprehensive training, competitive pay plus performance incentives, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing beauty franchise.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
• Talent for providing exceptional customer service.
