Wax Center Partners in Frisco, TX is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive guest confidence and sales in a dynamic, beauty-focused environment. You will greet guests, discuss product features and Wax Pass benefits, and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Passion for sales excellence through education; outgoing and personable individuals succeed in training.
• Ability to open and close the center; key holder responsibilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong customer service skills and professional appearance.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
