European Wax Center in Novato, CA is hiring a Guest Service Associate to drive sales through product knowledge and exceptional guest service. You will learn Wax Pass benefits, engage guests, and contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven team.

We offer unlimited earning potential with hourly pay of $17.73 plus commission, plus health benefits and paid time off. The position provides comprehensive training, advancement opportunities, and a fun, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with the sales process preferred; training provided.

Requirements

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
