Job summary

European Wax Center in Denver is hiring a Guest Sales Associate to guide guests from welcome to checkout, recommending services, Wax Passes, and retail products while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will open and close stores, drive sales, train with brand standards, participate in events, and stay flexible with evenings and weekends; the role offers commissions and bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and generous discounts on waxing.

• This is a sales-focused role; previous sales experience and confidence recommending services and retail products preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish,while playing a key role in driving center sales.Through thoughtful conversations and personalized recommendations, you’ll connect guests with the services, Wax Passes, and retail products that best meet their needs.You’ll build lasting guest relationships, contribute to individual and center sales goals, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Base Pay: $19.29 per hour
