Job summary

European Wax Center – BluHawk in Overland Park, KS seeks a Guest Sales Associate to guide guests from arrival to checkout, connecting services, Wax Passes, and retail to individual needs. You’ll drive center sales while delivering a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

You’ll participate in promotions and training, building lasting guest relationships in a fast-paced beauty environment. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude is required.
• Sales-focused role; prior sales experience and ability to recommend services and retail products is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find best products and packages.
• Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty and building guest relationships.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds; reach items at various heights; stand for long periods.

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, while playing a key role in driving center sales. Through thoughtful conversations and personalized recommendations, you’ll connect guests with the services, Wax Passes, and retail products that best meet their needs. You’ll build lasting guest relationships, contribute to individual and center sales goals, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

A Day in the Life:
