Future Opening: Guest Service Agent/ Relief Night Auditor

Guest Service Agents are responsible for ensuring that every customer who visits our hotel has a wonderful experience from the moment they walk in, to the time they leave. A successful candidate for this position will be a creative problem-solver, comfortable engaging with customers and passionate about delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greets guests, answers phones and makes reservations
• Checks guests in and out, ensures correct payment method is used
• Answer questions about the local area and things to do there.
• Communicates to other departments any special guests needs
• Keeps desk area clean and organized
• Closes and balances shift
• Work closely with Supervisor, AGM and GM

Relief Night Auditor covers night audit 2 days a week and performs some of the responsibilities of a Guest Service Agent in addition to closing out the business day and completing reports for corporate office and GM/AGM
