Job summary

Valor Hospitality seeks a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services Associate in Atlanta to check guests in and out, make reservations, and provide directions. You will greet guests warmly, upsell room opportunities, and ensure accurate registration.

You will balance cash, process payments, and work with Housekeeping to coordinate room status. A high school diploma and 3–12 months of guest-service experience are preferred; strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in guest relations or related hospitality role is desirable (3–12 months).
• Must have good computer and cash handling skills, with a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and provide local directions.
• Pre-register, block reservations and manage same-day and future bookings.
• Balance cash and ensure correct charges are posted to guest folio.
