Position Title: Front Desk Agent

Reports To: Assistant Front Office Manager/Front Office Manager/AGM

This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Core responsibilities include:

  1. Registering and assigning rooms to guests.
  2. Issuing room keys and escort instructions.
  3. Managing incoming mail and messages.
  4. Answering inquiries about hotel services and directions.
  5. Maintaining records of room availability and rates.
  6. Billing, payments, and reservation management.
  7. Supporting office tasks and communicating effectively with guests and staff.

Professionalism and Style Expectations include:

  • Completing projects thoroughly and professionally.
  • Adapting to high-pressure situations.
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully.

Physical requirements involve lifting and pushing 20 pounds, bending, reaching, and manual dexterity.
