  5. Handling payments and meeting guest needs during their stay.
  6. Following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding standards.
  7. Presenting a professional appearance and communication.
  8. Processing check-ins and check-outs courteously.
  9. Creating reservations and processing special requests.
  10. Having knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and amenities.
  11. Working as a team to meet guest needs.
  12. Providing efficient telephone services.
  13. Responding to calls and emails promptly with accurate information.
  14. Completing shift tasks such as managing logs and preparing for arrivals.
  15. Handling guest registration, room assignment, and special requests.
  16. Verifying payment methods and following credit procedures.
  17. Being aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
  18. Managing reports and group details.
  19. Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms.
  20. Following reservation procedures and emergency protocols.
  21. Using radio etiquette and operating front desk systems.
  22. Completing reports and shift paperwork accurately.

Role requirements include maintaining promotions, assisting with guest requests, communicating with maintenance, and working shifts from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm, including weekends.
