Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Guest Service Agent – Full Time at the Manchester Downtown property. You will provide outstanding service to our guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer guest questions, drawing on prior hotel front desk experience.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICE AGENT – FULL TIME

• Provide outstanding service to our guests
• Passion for guest hospitality
• Work with guests for check‑ins and outs
• Professionally answer all guest questions
• Previous hotel guest service experience required
