Job summary

HRI Hospitality's Residence Inn Houston Westchase is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure a smooth front desk experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask. We offer weekend/holiday shifts and an inclusive team culture within a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
