Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a friendly and organized front desk professional for an evening shift at our Chesterfield/Missouri property. You will greet guests, check them in and out, manage records, process payments, and promote our hospitality programs.

You will also support food and beverage service, maintain standards of service, and help create a welcoming environment aligned with Drury and Hyatt culture.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and organized in guest interactions.
• Experience handling cash and basic office tasks.
• Must be able to understand and follow directions in English.
• Willingness and ability to work evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform front desk tasks: check-in/out, promotions, guest records, cash handling, guest satisfaction, problem resolution.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up, serving, cleaning, and dishwashing.
• Maintain high integrity and hospitality to promote Drury and Hyatt cultures.

What you will do:

Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing our front door.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform front desk related functions, which include checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution.
• Assists with food and beverage and service menu, which includes food preparation, set up, guest service (host or bartender), clean-up and dishes.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury and Hyatt culture to customers and co-workers.

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
