Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Guest Service Lobby Agent for the beautiful Interlocken Resort & Spa! If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. This role involves working closely with the Front Office Manager to execute operations related to guest services, including the front desk and guest experience, resulting in high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing a five-star welcome and departure experience, serving as an ambassador during guests' stay, and handling guest requests and issues. The role also includes responsibilities as shuttle driver, bellman, and lobby attendant, in addition to front desk duties.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms.
  • Inform guests about hotel amenities, hours, and local attractions.
  • Review room features with guests.
  • Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
  • Assist with vehicle arrivals, parking, and retrieval.
  • Maintain front drive and lobby cleanliness.
  • Assist with luggage storage, retrieval, and departure.
  • Deliver amenities and special requests to guest rooms.
  • Drive town car to designated destinations, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance and services.
  • Ensure safety and emergency procedures are understood and followed.
  • Contribute to the hotel's operation and guest experience proactively.
  • Notify the front desk of VIP arrivals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Customer service-oriented with previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely in various conditions.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move objects weighing up to 200 lbs.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
