Responsibilities

• Screens and monitors arriving and departing guests for security threats.
• Assists Security in assessing potential threats using de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution.
• Greets guests and provides information about activities and locations of departments, offices, and services.
• Identifies guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services.
• Handles basic issues and refers complex issues to higher-level staff.
• May record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and badge visitors.
• May open passenger doors and assist guests with personal bags as needed.
• May assist with valet services as needed; performs other duties as assigned.
