Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races in West Virginia is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, employees and premises across the casino, barns, and events showroom. You will monitor entrances, patrol areas, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and annual WV licensing. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CPR certification mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state you reside in.
• Annual licensing with the West Virginia Lottery and Racing Commissions is required.

Responsibilities

• Shall ensure the safety of customers, employees and others while on HCCTR premises.
• Greets patrons and inspects bags, purses, and patrons for unauthorized items.
• Patrols casino premises, buildings, and grounds to deter and detect irregularities.
• Reports critical situations to supervisors and appropriate authorities as required.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional behavior; participates in required training.
