Canad Inns is seeking a Hotel Security / Floor Host to maintain a safe, welcoming environment across the property. You will patrol guest floors, lobbies, event spaces, and entrances while providing friendly guest assistance and enforcing hotel policies.

Evening and overnight shifts are required. The role emphasizes calm communication, incident documentation, and collaboration with Front Desk and restaurant staff to protect guests and property.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
• Comfortable patrolling large hotel areas and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel, including guest-room floors, lobby, and public areas.
• Provide guest assistance and enforce hotel policies professionally.
• Respond to incidents, noise complaints, and safety concerns.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with Front Desk and other departments.
