Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Tampa, FL. The role requires supervising staff, inspecting rooms and public areas, and training new associates to uphold the hotel's cleanliness standards.

You will manage work orders, VIP requests, and maintain records for lost and found while coordinating with management on safety issues. Strong leadership and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience as a housekeeping supervisor
• Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work until 7 PM when required
• Enjoy working as part of a team that provides great guest experiences

Responsabilités

• Complete the work distribution report, ensuring all sections are covered.
• Thoroughly inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure they are cleaned according to company standards.
• Train and supervise all new associates and provide on-going training for current staff.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain proper written records for lost and found.
• Run a departure report and recheck all rooms showing up in your assigned section.
• Write up work orders for all repairs and immediately report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management for immediate attention.
