Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, MA is hiring a House Attendant to assist housekeeping in cleaning guest rooms, handling laundry, and supporting the team to keep rooms welcoming and well stocked.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts with a starting pay of $17.25 per hour. You will join a busy, guest‑facing team and have opportunities for cross‑training, training through Great Wolf University, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assesses stock quantities in storeroom and restocks inventory as needed.
• Assists Room Attendant with removing linens and trash.
• Assists with cleaning guest rooms and making beds as needed.
• Transports dirty linen to laundry.
• Moves clean linen from laundry to storerooms.
• Keeps storerooms organized and clean.
• Delivers irons, boards, cribs, etc. to rooms on request.
• Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicates with management for special requests or duties.
