PM Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to help guests feel at home. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, and ensure bathrooms are sparkling while greeting guests with a friendly smile.

Qualifications

• At least one month of related housekeeping or hotel experience.
• Must have a passion for customer service and helping guests feel at home.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish and vacuum guest rooms to meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave bathrooms sparkling.
• Restock guest room supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee).
• Organize linen closet and cart for the next day, before shift ends.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile during shifts.
