Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Turndown Attendant in Wilmington, DE to clean and stock guest rooms to meet high cleanliness standards. The role requires handling cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.

You will be responsible for bed making, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with routine room readiness while following attendance and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch-in and help coworkers as a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
• Strip and make beds and change bed linens, lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, ledges and shelves thoroughly.
• Vacuum and empty trash; replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve rooms and restock carts; inspect rooms for cleanliness.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
