Job summary

Carowinds is hiring for a Guest Room Attendant to keep guest rooms clean and well maintained daily at our park in North Carolina. You will make beds, clean bathrooms, replace amenities, and respond to guest requests with a friendly attitude.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, value safety, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required, and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
• Ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all guest rooms daily including beds, bathrooms, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Report maintenance issues and help with lost-and-found items as needed.
