Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure rooms are properly set up, including linens and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist housekeeping team, manage supplies, and ensure tasks meet standards.
• Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns.
• Adhere to health, safety, and brand cleanliness standards.
