Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector for Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach. You will be the final quality check, inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards, and sign off on rooms ready for guests.

You’ll collaborate with the housekeeping team, report maintenance issues, and help maintain stock and safety standards. A detail-oriented, independent worker who can handle weekend shifts fits in well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel operations software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure rooms are properly set up, including bed linens, bathroom fixtures, and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist the housekeeping team, maintain stock of supplies, and ensure tasks are completed to standards.
• Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
