Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector who will ensure pristine rooms and public areas, sign off on rooms ready for guests, and uphold our premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure rooms are properly set up, including bed linens, bathroom fixtures, and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist the housekeeping team, maintain stock of supplies, and ensure tasks are completed to standards.
• Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
