About the Role:

The Guest Room Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all guest accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. This position involves conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms and suites to verify that they are impeccably maintained and fully equipped according to hotel policies. The inspector identifies any maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or missing amenities and communicates these findings promptly to the appropriate departments for resolution. By maintaining consistent quality control, the Guest Room Inspector directly contributes to enhancing guest satisfaction and upholding the hotel's reputation. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or quality control preferred.
