Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our resort in Saint George, UT. The role involves room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, linen changes, and replenishing amenities as per standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED and can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
• Dusts the room and furniture, vacuums carpet, and mops floors.
• Cleans bathrooms, removing soil, dirt/soap build-up, and hair from surfaces.
• Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies in correct amount and location.
• Cleans closets and door tracts on check-out rooms, arranging hangers and extras.
• Removes dirty bed linen and makes the bed with clean linen.
• Performs rotation cleaning duties as required.
• Performs minor maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs or filters.
• Anticipates guests’ needs and maintains positive guest relations.
• Responds to guest inquiries and resolves requests/complaints.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
