Extended Stay America in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. The role emphasizes delivering a clean, comfortable stay for guests and requires adherence to training and safety standards.

You will support housekeeping operations, assist guests, and participate in ongoing training to ensure consistent service quality across the hotel. This entry-level position welcomes applicants with no prior experience.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsabilités

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
• Cleans additional areas as assigned by management.
