Job summary

Lm Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean guest rooms to high cleanliness standards, change linens, dust surfaces, and replenish supplies. You will also assist with public areas and report maintenance issues as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and good communication to greet guests and respond to requests, including working weekends as required in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience providing required knowledge and abilities.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift objects as needed.
• Basic English comprehension for labels and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, windows and floors.
• Strip beds, change linens including bed skirt and toppers as needed.
• Dust furniture, window ledges, and shelves; inspect rooms for cleanliness.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Greet guests in hallways; respond to guest requests and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways as assigned.
• Turn in found items to Lost and Found; assist with other duties as assigned.
