Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas, restock amenities, and assist guests with requests, ensuring a welcoming environment.

The role involves cleaning tasks, restocking, light snow removal, and attention to detail and efficiency. This position is in-person at our Las Vegas location, with a focus on providing an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Restock and replace bathroom amenities, including towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and tissues.
• Empty wastebaskets in guest rooms and public areas; replace liners as needed.
• Replenish room supplies like toiletries, glasses, stationery, and additional amenities.
• Ensure all room items are in working order; report maintenance issues to management.
• Collect guest belongings left behind and turn them into Lost & Found.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and assist with their needs.
