Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and enhance the guest experience in our casino resort. The role focuses on cleanliness, guest service, and maintaining high standards of readiness across guest rooms.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for servicing rooms, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance needs while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
