Qualifications

• A passion for the importance of cleanliness.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures and requirements.
• Conversational proficiency of the English language.
• Adaptable interpersonal communication to address employees at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.

• Demonstrate urgency in guest rooms and public spaces to ensure a thoughtful guest experience.
• Foster open communication within the department and participate in team meetings.
• Participate in feedback sessions with Housekeeping Leadership to improve standards.
• Maintain alignment with housekeeping priorities and support operations as needed.
• Observe furniture, walls, trim, and carpeting and report substandard conditions.
