Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in dishwashing or a similar role.
• Ability to operate dish machines and cleaning tools safely.
• Able to follow instructions, anticipate needs and multitask.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Must stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds and climb stairs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or with a dish washer.
• Dry and polish serviceware, glassware and flatware.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to the appropriate resource.
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets.
• Remove garbage and waste to proper bins.
• Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outdoor areas.

What You Will Do

• Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or via commercial dish/glass washer
• Dry and polish all serviceware, glassware and flatware
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resource
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
• Removal of garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins
• Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outside areas

What You Will Need

• Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools and other required equipment safely
