Job summary

Ellis Island Casino in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. You will restock amenities, respond to guest requests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have housekeeping or custodial experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a non-exempt, on-site role supporting our hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces.
• Restock amenities and replenish supplies for guest rooms and public areas.
• Empty wastebaskets and replace liners; maintain hallway and public area cleanliness.
• Assist guests with requests and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Report maintenance issues to management and ensure safety compliance.
