Job summary

• Prev maintenance or facility experience preferred.
• Ability to perform minor repairs in guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned guest rooms and cottages and complete minor repairs and preventative care tasks.
• Touch-up painting on walls, doors, trim, baseboards, and furniture.
• Repair or touch-up damaged or worn caulking around bathrooms and fixtures.
• Inspect HVAC vents, thermostats, and accessible components for obvious problems.
• Inspect plumbing fixtures for leaks or other concerns.
• Replace minor hardware and room components as directed.
• Complete trainings listed on the Training Matrix and adhere to safety rules.
