Job summary

The Manner is a boutique hotel in Soho seeking a Housekeeping House Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. You will ensure cleanliness, restock amenities, and support safety procedures to deliver a refined guest experience.

Responsibilities include timely room entry, linen management, and reporting maintenance issues. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required, with competitive hourly compensation and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping.
• Experience with proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
• A very strong eye for detail.
• Flexible hours including holidays, weekends and supervisory coverage when needed.
• Understanding of the English language.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest requests.
• Load cart with supplies and move to required area.
• Enter guest rooms following proper procedures.
• Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
• Provide clean linens and dispose of dirty ones.
• Fold linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean.
• Check room appliances for proper working condition.
• Move and adjust furniture and items as needed.
• Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks.
• Carry out floor care in hallways and guest rooms.
• Deep cleaning as needed.
• Report safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problems, or accidents.
