Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas.
• Reloads carts and rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides accommodation as feasible.
• Complies with safety and security policies.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
