Job summary

esacareers is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures, ensuring a high-quality guest experience. You will work with the housekeeping team to maintain clean, orderly rooms and respond to guest needs when possible.

This role requires attention to safety, adherence to schedules, and ability to follow guidelines. Training is provided, and weekly pay and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Report maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned by management.
• Provide accommodation for guest requests when possible.
