Job summary

Extended Stay America in Bloomington, IL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms according to company standards, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests. You will maintain carts and supply rooms, report maintenance issues, and assist with other hotel areas as directed, while following safety policies.

No prior experience required; on-site role with weekly pay and benefits including vision insurance and EAP. Training provided and opportunities to grow within the hotel network.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and laundry areas to standard.
• Stock carts and assist with supplies as directed.
• Report maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Report left guest property to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assist guests and accommodate requests when possible.
• Comply with safety and security policies.
• Complete required Extended Stay University trainings.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of hotel as assigned.
